Result type for the exact queue-length second moments of a mixed open/closed product-form network with limited load dependence, computed by Pfqn_sens_mvaldmx.

Unlike Ret.pfqnSensMva, the derivatives must be propagated for every demand-scaling parameter, so the cross-station covariances come out at no extra cost and are returned in QCovFull.
