Result type for the exact queue-length second moments of a closed load-independent product-form network, computed by the MVA-like moment recursion of Pfqn_sens_mva.

The recursion evaluates only the same-station covariance blocks, which are self-contained at a station; the cross-station blocks are not reachable from it and are supplied by Pfqn_sens.
