replyHeld

Time-averaged servers held for a pending REPLY signal, per (station, calling class). The hold lives in the reply block at the tail of the caller's local state (ReplyBlock), which State.toMarginal does not see; SolverCTMC adds the same block mean to QLen and Util. Read from the recorded trajectory: tranSysState.get(0) is the cumulative time and tranSysState.get(1+isf) the state of stateful node isf over each step. Port of MATLAB ssa_reply_held.

Parameters:

sn - network structure

tranSysState - recorded trajectory of the serial engine

Returns:

(nstations x nclasses) mean held servers, all zero without replies
