Result type for the MVAC extension to queue-length dependent centers (see Pfqn_mvacld).

As for Ret.pfqnMVAC there is no lGN field: no normalizing constant is formed. Note two convention differences from Ret.pfqnMVAC: U is PER-STATION (M x 1), namely 1-P_j(0), because for a load-dependent center the per-class product X(r)*L(j,r) is not the utilization; R is the (1 x R) per-class CYCLE TIME N(r)/X(r)-Z(r), not the (M x R) per-station residence time of Ret.pfqnMVAC, matching Ret.pfqnMVALD and Ret.pfqnDAC; and the marginal queue-length distributions pij are returned, since the Section V recursion propagates them rather than the means.
