Computes queue length and waiting time distribution for a MAP/D/c/FCFS queue.
The queue has:
MAP arrival process characterized by matrices D0 and D1
Deterministic service time s
c parallel servers with FCFS scheduling
Uses the Non-Skip-Free (NSF) Markov chain approach, embedding at deterministic service intervals. Multiple arrivals can occur per interval, making this a non-skip-free system.
