        Computes queue length and waiting time distribution for a MAP/D/c/FCFS queue.

        The queue has:

        • MAP arrival process characterized by matrices D0 and D1

        • Deterministic service time s

        • c parallel servers with FCFS scheduling

        Uses the Non-Skip-Free (NSF) Markov chain approach, embedding at deterministic service intervals. Multiple arrivals can occur per interval, making this a non-skip-free system.

        Parameters:
        D0 - MAP arrival process matrix D0 (m x m) - hidden transitions
        D1 - MAP arrival process matrix D1 (m x m) - arrivals
        s - Deterministic service time (positive scalar)
        c - Number of servers (positive integer)
        options - Solver options
