        D1 - MAP arrival transition matrix (n x n)
        mu - Exponential service rate
        maxNumComp - Maximum number of queue length probabilities (default 1000)
        Returns:

        QsysMapPhResult with performance metrics and analyzer set to "Q-MAM:MAP/M/1"
