        Fits a second-order acyclic MMAPm to match the characteristics of the input MMAP. This function extracts moments, class probabilities, and forward/backward moments from the input MMAP and returns a fitted approximation.

        Parameters:
        mmap - Input MMAP (Markovian Arrival Process with marked arrivals) stored as MatrixCell
        Returns:

        Fitted second-order MAMAP that matches the input characteristics
